Shipping policy

Please note: We deliver all across Delhi-NCR! Due to the constant updates to the Pincode network, it is possible that your area may show as undeliverable on the checkout page. Please reach out to us at +919910220776 so that we can assist you with this. 

At Chocolate & Tonk, we are committed to delivering your cakes in a timely and trustworthy manner. Please read our shipping policy carefully to understand how deliveries are scheduled and what to expect during the shipping process.

1. Delivery/Pickup Time Slots:

   • Our deliveries are made within two pre-selected time slots:
     • Morning slot: 10 AM to 3 PM (Orders to be placed by 6 PM the previous evening)
     • Evening slot: 3 PM to 7 PM (Orders to be placed by 11 PM the previous evening)
   • To ensure your cake is delivered on time, please place your order within the specified timeframe for the desired delivery slot.
   • If you intend to pick up your cake from our location, there is only one slot i.e. 2 PM to 6 PM that is available. For pickups, orders need to be placed by 11 PM the previous evening. 
     
     

2. Delivery Method:

   • All our cakes are delivered in air-conditioned Uber or Ola cabs. We have chosen this method due to the delicate nature of our products and to ensure they arrive in perfect condition for your enjoyment.
     
     

3. Delivery Process:

   • Please note that our deliveries are made to the drop-off point of your housing complex, apartment, or office complex. We do not offer doorstep delivery.
   • Upon arrival, the recipient will need to meet the delivery driver at the designated drop-off point provided by your housing/apartment/office complex.
     
     

4. Surprises and Coordination:

   • If the cake delivery is intended to be a surprise, we recommend ensuring you are available on the contact number provided during the ordering process.
   • This will allow us to coordinate the delivery with the driver and maintain the surprise element of your order.
     
     

5. Potential Delays:

   • While we strive to deliver your cakes on time, there may be potential delays due to unforeseen circumstances such as extreme weather conditions.
   • In such cases, we will make every effort to inform you in advance and provide an updated estimated delivery time.
