Delivery
We deliver across Delhi, Gurugram, and the rest of NCR in India.
For orders above Rs 5000, we offer free shipping across Delhi, Gurugram, and Faridabad. For other orders and locations, delivery is done on a chargeable basis.
All our products are baked fresh to order. We offer two delivery time slots:
Morning slot: 10 AM to 3 PM. Orders must be placed by 6 PM the previous evening.
Evening slot: 3 PM to 7 PM. Orders must be placed by 11 PM the previous evening.
Yes, absolutely! We offer an option for cake pickup. The pickup slot is from 2 PM to 6 PM and orders must be placed by 11 PM the previous evening.
To ensure the quality and freshness of our products, all our cakes are delivered in air-conditioned Uber or Ola cabs.
Since we use air-conditioned Ola or Uber cabs, we do not offer doorstep delivery. Our deliveries are made to the designated drop-off point of your housing complex, apartment, or office complex, where someone will need to collect the order.
All our cakes are delivered in air-conditioned Ola & Uber cabs, and the delivery prices reflect the cost of the same. Since we are a premium cake delivery brand, we want to ensure that you receive your order in perfect condition.
Yes, absolutely! If the cake delivery is intended to be a surprise, please make sure you are available on the contact number provided during the ordering process. This will allow us to coordinate the delivery with the driver and maintain the surprise element.
While we strive to deliver your cakes on time, there may be potential delays due to unforeseen circumstances, such as extreme weather conditions. In such cases, we will inform you in advance and provide an updated estimated delivery time.

Returns and Refunds
Yes, you can cancel your order up to 24 hours prior to the selected delivery slot and receive a full refund.
Since all our products are baked fresh to order, we cannot offer any refund for orders cancelled within 24 hours of the selected delivery date.
If a situation like government-mandated closures or lockdowns is announced 48 hours or more prior to the selected delivery slot, we will provide a full refund for your order.
For all other situations arising from unforeseen circumstances, we will offer a full store credit that can be used for future purchases on our website.
Due to the nature of our products and hygiene issues, we have a strict no-return policy.
Once the cake has been delivered, no return or exchange will be accepted.
