Refund policy

At Chocolate & Tonk, we strive to provide an exceptional cake delivery experience. We understand that sometimes you may need to cancel an order and we want to make that process as simple as possible. Please read our refund policy carefully to understand how cancellations and refunds are handled.

  1. Order Cancellation:

    • If you wish to cancel your order up to 24 hours prior to the selected delivery slot, you are eligible for a full refund.
    • Unfortunately, we are unable to offer any refund for orders cancelled within 24 hours of the selected delivery slot.

  2. Unforeseen Circumstances:

    • This is applicable in the event of unforeseen circumstances, such as government-mandated closures or lockdowns.
    • If such a situation is announced 48 hours or more prior to the selected delivery slot, we will provide a full refund for your order.
    • For all other situations arising from unforeseen circumstances, a full store credit will be offered. This store credit can be used for future purchases on our website.

  3. No-Return Policy:

    • Due to the nature of our products and hygiene issues, we have a strict no-return policy.
    • Once the cake has been delivered, no return or exchange will be accepted.
