Orders and delivery
All items are baked fresh to order. Orders must be placed before the cutoff for the slot you choose: 6 PM the previous evening for the 10 AM to 3 PM slot, and 11 PM the previous evening for the 3 PM to 7 PM slot. Self pickup runs from 2 PM to 6 PM and must also be booked by 11 PM the previous evening.
Delivery charges
Delivery charges vary by pincode and are shown at checkout once you enter your delivery pincode. Free delivery applies across Delhi, Gurugram and Faridabad on orders above ₹5,000. All our cakes are delivered in air-conditioned Uber or Ola cabs, and our delivery charges reflect the cost of that.
Delivery process
Deliveries are made to the drop-off point of your housing complex, apartment or office complex. We do not offer doorstep delivery. Please make sure someone is reachable on the contact number given at checkout during the chosen slot.
Cancellations
Because everything is baked fresh to order, orders may be cancelled for a full refund up to 24 hours before the selected delivery slot. Within 24 hours of the slot we have already begun preparing your order and no refund can be offered. Please see our Return & Refund Policy for the full terms, including how we handle government-mandated closures.
Product appearance
Every cake is handmade, so minor variation from the photographs on this site is normal. Decorations may be substituted with an equivalent where an ingredient is unavailable.
Allergens
Our kitchen handles nuts, dairy, eggs, gluten and alcohol. We cannot guarantee that any product is free from traces of these. Please tell us about any allergies before ordering.

All prices are shown in Indian Rupees and are inclusive of applicable taxes.
