The Classic Pound Cake is made with pure butter and nothing else. The Caramelised Milk Loaf takes its deep toffee flavour from milk cooked down slowly and is finished with a milk chocolate glaze. Apple and Crumble is a moist apple cake with cinnamon under a buttery crumble. The Hot Honey and Spurflower Glazed Loaf is glazed with honey infused with chillies and topped with candied spurflower.
Each loaf weighs 450 to 550 grams and serves three or four people.
