There are five collections, and they do quite different jobs. The Classics are what people order for birthdays and anniversaries. Pudding tubs are layered desserts you eat cold from the box. Loaf cakes keep for days and are happiest with a cup of tea. Cupcakes come by the box of six or twelve, and the Boozy Bakes are soaked with real spirits.
When you check out, you pick the day and the slot. Order by 6pm the evening before for a next-day morning delivery, or by 11pm for an evening one. Your cake then travels to you in an air-conditioned cab and comes to your building's drop-off point, which is the only way we have found to get frosting across a Delhi summer in one piece for your special day!
