At Chocolate & Tonk, we are committed to delivering your cakes in a timely and trustworthy manner. Please read our shipping policy carefully to understand how deliveries are scheduled and what to expect during the delivery process.
Delivery and pickup time slots
- Morning slot: 10 AM to 3 PM. Orders to be placed by 6 PM the previous evening.
- Evening slot: 3 PM to 7 PM. Orders to be placed by 11 PM the previous evening.
- Self pickup: 2 PM to 6 PM from Hamlin Apartments, Sector 43, Gurugram (near Ambience Public School). Orders to be placed by 11 PM the previous evening.
- To ensure your cake reaches you on time, please place your order within the specified timeframe for the slot you want.
Delivery charges
- Delivery charges are calculated from your delivery pincode and shown at checkout before you pay.
- Free delivery across Delhi, Gurugram and Faridabad on orders above ₹5,000. For all other orders and locations, delivery is charged.
Delivery method
All our cakes are delivered in air-conditioned Uber or Ola cabs. We have chosen this method because of the delicate nature of our products, to make sure they arrive in perfect condition.
Delivery process
- Our deliveries are made to the drop-off point of your housing complex, apartment or office complex. We do not offer doorstep delivery.
- On arrival, the recipient will need to meet the delivery driver at the designated drop-off point provided by your housing, apartment or office complex.
Surprises and coordination
If the delivery is meant to be a surprise, please make sure you are available on the contact number given during the ordering process. That lets us coordinate with the driver and keep the surprise intact.
Potential delays
While we strive to deliver on time, there may be delays due to unforeseen circumstances such as extreme weather. In such cases we will make every effort to inform you in advance and give you an updated estimated delivery time.
